DNA条形码的应用进展及讨论

摘要:DNA条形码(DNA Barcoding)是近几年来国际生物学研究的热点之一。但是在国内,相关概念还存在不同程度的模糊,不利于研究工作的进一步开展。本文在对DNA条形码与DNA分类(DNA Taxonomy)两个不同概念进行辨析的基础上,回顾与总结了DNA条形码的产生背景与应用进展,并对DNA条形码目前所面临的基因交流、取样、计算方法等问题进行了总结和分析,最后对DNA条形码研究前景进行了展望。

Abstract: DNA Barcoding has been among hot topics in biology in recent years. However, there has been some ambiguity on some relevant concepts, which is not helpful for further studies. In this review, we tried to compare DNA Barcoding and DNA Taxonomy, summarizing methodologies on gene flow, sampling and calculation methods during the procedure. Finally, we looked into the future of DNA Barcoding.
