苘麻对甘蓝田烟粉虱诱集效果及药剂防治评价

摘要:本文针对烟粉虱Bemisia tabaci在不同寄主苘麻Abutilon theophrasti Medic和甘蓝Brassinca oleracea上的嗜好性、趋性、田间种群动态进行了研究,并设计苘麻不同种植方式和配套施药评价苘麻对烟粉虱的诱集防治效果。室内趋性试验结果表明,接虫60 h后苘麻上的成虫数是甘蓝上的5.5倍,若虫数为4.7倍。在大田甘蓝生育期内,苘麻对烟粉虱成、若虫的诱集效果分别可达76.8%和60.1%,说明苘麻对烟粉虱具极显著的诱集作用。苘麻不同种植方式诱集烟粉虱的效果结果表明,点状分布种植格局上的烟粉虱成、若虫数量与条状和片状分布种植上烟粉虱数量相比差异显著。配套施药试验结果表明,苘麻喷施10%吡虫啉可湿性粉剂,10%高渗四氟乳油,1.8%阿维菌素乳油,0.3%印楝素乳油,25%阿克泰水分散粒剂5种药剂7d后对烟粉虱成、若虫的防治效果分别为74.38%~94.86%和68.91%~93.29%,以阿克泰和阿维菌素防治效果最好。

The trapping effect of piemarker in cabbage fields for Bemisia tabaci and the evaluation of chemical control

Abstract: In this paper, the preference, tropism and field population dynamics of Bemisia tabaci in different host piemarker and cabbage were studied, and we designed different planting types and insecticide application on the piemarker plant for the effect of trop control. The result indicated that the piemarker plants showed strong attraction to B. tabaci adults and nymphs, when insects observed after 60 h among the indoor trend test, the number of adults on the piemarker was cabbage 5.5 times and 4.7 times of nymphs. Through the entire cabbage growth period in field, the effects of trapping to B tabaci adults and nymphs were 76.8% and 60.1%, respectively. There was significant difference between different planting types for trapping B. tabaci adults and nymphs, the attractive efficiency from single-planting piemarker was much more as compared to the planting types of the strip-planting and plot-planting. The insecticide application of 10%imidacloprid WP, 10% hypertonic ptfe EC, 1.8%avermectin EC, 0.3% azadirachtin EC, and 25% thiamethoxam WDG on piemarker plant plants,showed different control effects on B. tabaci in cabbage fields.The control efficiency ranged from 74.38%-94.86% for the adult and 68.91%-93.29% for the nymphs respectively.Among the insecticides tested, thiamethoxam and avermectin gave the best results in term s of maximum mortality of this pest in cabbage crops.
